What are the symptoms of Plumeria rust disease?

Plumeria rust disease is characterized by yellow-orange pustules on the undersides of leaves and orange-yellow spots on the upper leaf surfaces. The disease can cause leaf drop and weaken the plant over time. If detected, remove and dispose of infected leaves and apply fungicides labeled for rust control. Improve air circulation and avoid overhead watering to prevent the spread of the disease.
