Can Plumeria be grown from seeds, cuttings, or both?

Plumeria can be propagated from both seeds and cuttings. Growing from cuttings is a common method, as it ensures that the new plant retains the characteristics of the parent plant. Seeds, however, can be used to grow new varieties, although they may not always produce identical plants.
